Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joey Klaude (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Andersson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Andersson!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Anthony Taglia and Dean Styles.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Klaude bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Klaude tries to stand but Andersson controls the position and pulls Klaude into his guard.
Klaude wants to control from the top but Andersson keeps moving.
Andersson looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Andersson manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Klaude is wriggling around trying to escape.
Klaude slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Andersson passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Klaude!
Klaude regains half guard.
Klaude trying to hold on to Andersson's head to control him but Andersson postures up.

Klaude manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Klaude misses with a head kick.
Andersson misses with a head kick.
Klaude will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Klaude shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Klaude was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Klaude is breathing heavily.
Klaude landing strikes from the mount and Andersson is in trouble!
Andersson is looking to improve his position but Klaude isn't that keen on the idea.
Andersson gets back to half guard.
Andersson manages to get to full guard.
Klaude has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Klaude wanted to stand there but Andersson had control of the position.
Andersson throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

Andersson is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Klaude wants to control from the top but Andersson keeps moving.

Klaude drops back, looking for a kneebar! Andersson looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Andersson looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Andersson!
Klaude tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Klaude wants to control but Andersson postures up.
Klaude gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Klaude is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Andersson's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Andersson's back!
Klaude is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Klaude gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Klaude gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Klaude apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Klaude shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Klaude sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Andersson's guard.
Klaude wants to take a breather but Andersson is having none of it.
Klaude tries to stand and escape but Andersson is controlling the position.

Klaude is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Klaude takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Klaude decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Klaude fakes the leg kick and cracks Andersson in the body.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Klaude scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Andersson manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Andersson is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Klaude's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Klaude's back!
Andersson scores with punches to the body.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Andersson.
Andersson misses with a punch to the head.
Klaude rolls, trying to escape but Andersson keeps control of the position.
Andersson thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.
Oooh a big shot gets through from Andersson. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
Klaude is taking damage to the body and head.

Klaude is rocked!
Klaude turns into Andersson and is now in his guard.
Oh Klaude is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Andersson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Klaude manages to get himself to full guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Andersson chips away with some ground and pound.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Joey Klaude will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Andersson shoots and scores a devastating slam takedown! Klaude is unconscious as Andersson celebrates over his stricken foe!
