Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jeff Lebowski!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jeo Pardy!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lebowski drops Pardy with a nice combination! Lebowski dives into Pardy's guard, looking to finish!


Pardy is rocked!


It looks like Jeo Pardy has been cut.

Pardy had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Lebowski is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Pardy Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Lebowski's back instead.
Pardy is still in real trouble! Can Lebowski finish him?

Pardy is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Pardy doesn't have the hooks in and Lebowski manages to turn into his guard.
Lebowski wanted to stand there but Pardy had control of the position.
Pardy seems to have recovered his senses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lebowski throwing strikes from guard but Pardy blocks nicely.

Lebowski avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Lebowski is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Pardy escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lebowski gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Pardy seems keen to control Lebowski's posture.

Lebowski lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Lebowski postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Pardy looking for a guillotine here but Lebowski defends easily.

Lebowski has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Lebowski tries to free his leg and advance position but Pardy is retaining full guard.

Lebowski wants to control from the top but Pardy keeps moving.
Lebowski is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Lebowski takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Pardy drops his hands momentarily and Lebowski takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Pardy changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lebowski tries to avoid it but Pardy manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lebowski to the ground. Lebowski escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Lebowski ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pardy moves away.
Lebowski throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pardy.
Pardy throws a head kick that misses.
Lebowski dips to his left and cracks Pardy with an uppercut!
Pardy bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Lebowski scores with a jab. Pardy acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Pardy throws a head kick that misses.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lebowski drops Pardy with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Pardy! Lebowski dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (strikes). Jeff Lebowski!
