Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrey Dinenin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mauricio Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Andrey Dinenin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mauricio Silva!
The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Paulo Santos and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dinenin drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Dinenin will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Silva connects with a right hand. Dinenin shakes it off.
No luck for Dinenin with that takedown attempt.
Silva punishes Dinenin's body with a nice straight punch.
Dinenin dives in and grabs Silva's left leg, looking for a takedown. Silva pushes down on Dinenin's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andrey Dinenin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Silva leaves Dinenin with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
A left lands for Silva.
Silva lands a two punch combo.
Dinenin shoots for a takedown but Silva saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Sloppy strikes from Silva. Those never looked like landing.
Silva throws a nice looking combination but Dinenin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Dinenin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Silva as he jumps to the side.
Dinenin is breathing heavily.

Dinenin shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Silva pinned against the cage. Silva gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Dinenin is trying hard to land a takedown here. Silva sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Silva shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Dinenin eats them both and turns towards Silva to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Silva lands a nice shot that snaps Dinenin's head back.
Silva jabs Dinenin right on the nose. Dinenin blinks but takes it well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva connects with a jab.
Andrey Dinenin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dinenin shoots for a double leg takedown but Silva sprawls well. He's pushed Dinenin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Silva connects with a looping right hand.
Silva works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Silva feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Dinenins jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Silva goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Silva connects with a good right hand that stumbles Dinenin. Dinenin circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Dinenin tries to sprawl but Silva drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Silva working over Dinenin with some ground and pound. Dinenin looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Silva landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Silva is nestled in close to Dinenin, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Oh Dinenin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Silva looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Dinenin with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Dinenin seems to have got his legs back now.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Silva connects with a nice short shot to Dinenin's temple.

Silva takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Silva seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Dinenin moves into full guard.
Dinenin has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Silva can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Silva really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dinenin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Silva is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Dinenin has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Silva is looking to defend but Dinenin has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Silva! Dinenin pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Silva taps out and this one is all over!
