Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ze Minotauro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trey Calhoun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Minotauro might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Acid Thunder - Fast Eddie. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Calhoun fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Minotauro has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Minotauro shoots in looking for a takedown. Calhoun tries to sprawl out of it but Minotauro keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Calhoun manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Calhoun is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Calhoun. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
