The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
labandi looks to land a combination but Breaker avoids it well.
Breaker shoots in but no luck this time.
labandi is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
labandi tries to clinch there but Breaker circles away.
labandi wants to clinch.
ubuntu labandi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Breaker.
Breaker shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bones Breaker. That's going to take a lot out of him.
labandi misses with a head kick.
Breaker fails with the takedown.

labandi pushes Breaker up against the cage in a clinch.
Breaker fails to pull guard.
A frustrated look appears on Breaker's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Breaker tries to score a body lock takedown but labandi shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

labandi has hold of one of Breaker's legs. Breaker is fighting the takedown attempt but labandi gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Breaker has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but labandi can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

labandi is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Breaker is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Breaker has escaped and now he's on top!
labandi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Breaker. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Breaker avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Breaker accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Breaker postures up in labandi's guard and throws a big left but labandi blocks it.

Breaker pushes down on labandi's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Breaker trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Breaker loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have labandi scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Breaker land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Breaker stands and salutes the crowd.
