Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kim ILJONG (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugh G Rection (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). ILJONG comes to the cage accompanied by Last of the Mohicans - Promontory . Rection has chosen Symphony of Destruction by Megadeth as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ILJONG takes one to the chin there.
Rection swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

ILJONG tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rection was well out of range. Poor timing from ILJONG.

Rection throws a right and a left that ILJONG avoids nicely.

Rection feints a jab promting ILJONG to slip. Rection then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. ILJONG slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

ILJONG has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Rection.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rection will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

ILJONG tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Rection manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

and Rection counters with a nice body kick.

Rection throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
ILJONG throws a hook to the side of Rection's head but Rection sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Rection cracks the inside of ILJONG's front leg.
Rection swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Some wild striking there from Rection.
Oooooh!!! Rection has knocked ILJONG down with a huge combo! Rection steps away and waves a wobbly ILJONG back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Rection lands with a big left! ILJONG is wobbled badly! Rection comes in with a flurry of punches and drops ILJONG to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
