Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gray Potter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michel Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Potter comes to the cage accompanied by Biggie Smalls - Victory. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Potter misses with a wild combination.
Torres looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Potter fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Torres looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Gray Potter.
Potter feints a jab promting Torres to slip. Potter then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Torres slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
No joy there for Potter, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Potter shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Torres manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Potter accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Potter shoots for a double leg takedown but Torres sprawls well. He's pushed Potter's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Torres drops back, looking for a kneebar! Potter looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Potter looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Potter!
