The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jobber vX gets caught flat footed, as Kurze shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Kurze passes into half guard.
Kurze is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Jobber vX defends it well.
Kurze is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Jobber vX has managed to free his arm - good work.
Kurze seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Jobber vX really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kurze. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Jobber vX is trying to maintain the position but Kurze is very close to passing his half guard.
