The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luffy shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. skins is trying to defend but Luffy finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Monkey Luffy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Luffy wants to control from the top but skins keeps moving.
Luffy works over skins with some ground and pound from guard.
Luffy is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Luffy passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Luffy goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, skins has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Luffy but great work by skins.
