PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Reggie Bush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Batman Bin Suparman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Batman Bin Suparman told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Reggie Bush!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Batman Bin Suparman!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bin Suparman lands a nice hook to Bush's body. Bush takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Bin Suparman swats away the attempt to clinch by Bush.
Bush on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Bin Suparman takes a swing at Bush's ribcage but misses.
Bin Suparman stuns Bush with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Bin Suparman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bush was well out of range. Poor timing from Bin Suparman.
Bin Suparman lands a nice shot to the body.
Bush takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Bush takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Bin Suparman scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Nice sprawl there from Bin Suparman as Bush shoots in.
Bush changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bin Suparman tries to avoid it but Bush manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bin Suparman to the ground. Bin Suparman escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bin Suparman displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bush.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Reggie Bush. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nice uppercut lands for Bin Suparman. That snapped Bush's head back.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bush will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Bush misses with a hook to the body
and Bin Suparman counters with a nice uppercut.
Bin Suparman throws a shot to the body.
Bin Suparman goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Bush is breathing heavily.
Bin Suparman throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bush stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Bush wants to clinch
and Bin Suparman counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Bush thinking.
Bin Suparman scores with a jab to the jaw.
Bin Suparman digs a good body shot into Bush's ribs.
Bin Suparman connects with a body shot.
Bin Suparman cracks a nice hook into Bush's ribs.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bin Suparman lands a nice looking body shot.

Bush takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Bin Suparman jabs at Bush's body.
Bin Suparman moves into range and connects with a jab.
Batman Bin Suparman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bin Suparman jabs at Bush's body.
Bush takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Bin Suparman scores with a sloppy right hand. Bush should have avoided that one.
Bin Suparman lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Bin Suparman scores with a body shot.
Bin Suparman lands with a hook. Bush tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Bush closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Bin Suparman with a nice cross.
Bin Suparman lands a jab to Bush's midsection.
Bin Suparman connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Bush! He's out on his feet! Bin Suparman rushes in and drops Bush with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Batman Bin Suparman!
