PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Cabrera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller comes to the cage accompanied by renegade. Cabrera is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by LA ARAŅA. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Cabrera defends it nicely.
Cabrera throws a head kick but Miller moves out of range.

Cabrera drops Miller with a beautiful combination! Miller stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Cabrera is looking for the KO!


It looks like Brock Miller has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Miller feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Cabrera seems keen to control Miller's posture.

Cabrera bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Miller's guard.

Miller on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Miller tries to get out of the position.
Miller wants to get back to his feet but Cabrera is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Cabrera is persistently looking for the submission but Miller is defending it well.
Cabrera punishes Miller with strikes from the back mount.
Miller is trying to stand back up.
Miller looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Cabrera has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Miller! Can he survive? No! He's out! Cabrera gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
