Stapleton throws a head kick that misses.
Stapleton tries to clinch but Power is having none of it.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Stapleton is defended easily by Power.

Stapleton tries to sprawl but Power drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Stapleton trying to control but Power postures up.

Power is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Stapleton sees it coming and defends easily.
Power tries to pass the half guard into mount. Stapleton knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Stapleton is defending against the submission attempts here by Power.

Power is working for a kimura but Stapleton is defending it quite comfortably.

Power is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Stapleton is surviving well by controlling Power's body position as best he can.

Power wants to finish this one by submission but Stapleton is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Power.
