Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrei Kalashnikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Haritonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Andrei Kalashnikov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sergei Haritonov!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Viktor Lagutenko and Sergei Dronov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Haritonov.
Haritonov throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Kalashnikov shoots in looking for a takedown. Haritonov tries to sprawl out of it but Kalashnikov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Haritonov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kalashnikov shoots in looking for a takedown but Haritonov manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kalashnikov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
