Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Branislav Cena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Boyko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cena might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to michael gray-the weekend. Ivan Boyko has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Cena closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Boyko did well to prevent Cena getting side control.
Boyko is trying to control but can't.
Cena is breathing heavily.

Cena is just content to waste time from the top position. Boyko takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Branislav Cena has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Boyko drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Boyko drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Boyko jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Boyko chips away with some ground and pound.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Branislav Cena will probably get the nod.

Boyko blocks a head kick by Cena.

Boyko shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cena's guard.
Boyko is pushing down on Cena's leg trying to pass to half guard. Cena is fighting to maintain full guard but Boyko has managed to sneak the leg through.

Let's hope that Boyko has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
