The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and bananasplits has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Henderson connects with a leg kick. bananasplits looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
bananasplits fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Henderson throws a right hand that bananasplits ducks under and follows up with a left that bananasplits also avoids with ease.
Henderson scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Henderson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and bananasplits has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from bananasplits and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Henderson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

bananasplits get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. bananasplits stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Henderson runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
