The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shockhaven tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sapp manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

It looks like Bob Sapp has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bob Sapp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shawn Shockhaven.

Sapp takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Sapp moves out of range as Shockhaven throws a body kick.
Shockhaven goes for a small jab and connects. Now Shockhaven goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Sapp stumbles back but Shockhaven runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Sapp to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Sapp will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
