Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Comb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and matheus borges (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Comb shoots for a double leg takedown but borges sprawls well. He's pushed Comb's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Comb tries to clinch there but borges circles away.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Comb content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
borges tries to improve his position but instead Comb has taken his back!
Comb is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Comb gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Comb gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Comb apologises and we restart here on the feet.
A looping hook to the body misses from Comb. borges does a little dance to reset his feet.

Well borges has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
