Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Augustus Moukari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Lytle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lytle keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

No joy there for Moukari, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Chris Lytle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Moukari counters with a nice low kick that buckles Lytle's knee momentarily.

Lytle is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Moukari still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Moukari has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Moukari decides to stand up, so the ref orders Lytle to his feet.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Lytle bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Moukari has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Lytle leaves his chin hanging out and Moukari seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Lytle crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
