These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Larocque scores with a jab.
A looping hook to the body misses from Larocque. Turner does a little dance to reset his feet.
Rovan Turner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turner throws a series of punches but Larocque moves out of range.

Turner rushes Larocque and presses him up against the cage.

Larocque tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Turner tries to stand but Larocque is controlling from the bottom.
Larocque is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Turner is posturing up here but Larocque has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Turner tries to roll out but it's too tight and Turner has to tap! Slick submission there by Larocque!
