Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tiburcio Valeriano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clovis Nunes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clovis Nunes will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Emerson Jorge and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nunes moves away from the strike by Valeriano.
Valeriano avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nunes lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Valeriano circles away quickly and effectively.
Valeriano closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Nunes did well to prevent Valeriano getting side control.

Nunes is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Valeriano is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Valeriano wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Nunes unloads with some shots from mount but Valeriano bucks and avoids them well.
Valeriano knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nunes on the ground.

Clovis Nunes comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Nunes has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
