Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Danny de Laet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chase Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think de Laet might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Darude - Sandstrom. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Steven Brown and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice cross by de Laet.
Evans is rocked!
de Laet closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Evans to the mat! Evans manages to get full guard.
Evans is still in real trouble! Can de Laet finish him?
Evans has momentary wrist control but de Laet slips an elbow through the middle.
Evans has his foot on de Laet's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. de Laet works his way back into a safe position though.
de Laet has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
de Laet stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Evans swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Evans is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
de Laet is trying to get back to full guard.
Evans is keen to just control but de Laet is a slippery customer.
de Laet is looking to improve his position.
de Laet is working hard here to advance position.
Evans seems to have recovered his senses.
Evans moves nicely into side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Evans is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. de Laet is trying to escape and Evans transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and de Laet is forced to tap! Nice work there by Evans! Very nice indeed!
