Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bronko Nord (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toshiya Sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sato has chosen Me Against The World as his entrance music. Toshiya Sato has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Toshiya Sato!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Nord there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Sato looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Sato looks for a takedown but Nord sprawls well.

Nord bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Nord in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Nord decides to stand back up.

Nord shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Sato is trying to defend but Nord finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nord passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Sato!
Nord landing strikes from the mount and Sato is in trouble!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nord is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Sato is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Sato flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Nord anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Sato and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Nord slips an arm under Sato chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Nord has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Nord is squeezing on Sato like an anaconda would it's prey. Sato fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Bronko Nord!
