Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Chambers as Perry shoots in.
Perry shoots in looking for a takedown. Chambers tries to sprawl out of it but Perry keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Chambers manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Perry shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rudy Perry. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Chambers trying to control from half guard but Perry is working away.
Perry tries to get to full guard but Chambers has control of the leg.

Chambers is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Perry is refusing to be controlled, as Chambers sits in half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Perry shoots in and bounces Chambers off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Perry tries to pass the half guard into mount. Chambers knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Perry thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Chambers's head.
Perry is looking to advance position but Chambers won't allow it.

Chambers is looking for a sweep. Perry is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Perry trying to pass the guard but Chambers defending well.
Chambers is trying to control but can't.
Perry thows a huge punch but Chambers dodges it nicely.

Chambers is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Perry pulls his head out easily.
Perry trying to advance position but Chambers counters by regaining guard.
Chambers manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Perry manages to get himself to full guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Chambers scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Perry looking for a sweep. Not yet Perry, not yet.

Perry kicks Chambers off and gets to his feet.

Perry scores a takedown into full mount!
Perry landing shots from mount.

Perry swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Chambers is now in Perry's guard. A big mistake from Perry there, giving up the dominant position!
Chambers stands up over Perry, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rudy Perry dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Chambers moves in looking to clinch but Perry pushes him off.
Chambers misses with a takedown attempt

and Perry counters with a single leg into guard. Chambers didn't expect that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Perry throwing strikes from guard but Chambers blocks nicely.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Perry accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Perry working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Chambers escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Perry gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Perry drops back looking for a leg! Chambers is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Chambers manages to kick Perry off! Perry jumps back into Chambers's guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Perry throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Chambers works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Chambers not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Perry postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Chambers is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Perry, into his guard.
Perry wants to sweep here but Chambers controlling him for the moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Perry is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Chambers is aware though and is defending well.
Perry has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Chambers drops back, looking for a kneebar! Perry looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Perry looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Perry!
Perry tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Sloppy strikes there by Perry.
Chambers is looking to regain half guard here but Perry keeps moving and retains side control.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Chambers wants to get back to his feet but Perry is dominant here and he's now got Chambers's back!

Chambers trying to control the hands but Perry won't let him.
Perry lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Chambers.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Perry is trying to stick to Chambers's back but Chambers is turning into Perry. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Perry's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Chambers.

Perry looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Chambers is defending well. Perry quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Chambers has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Perry celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
