The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

and Williams counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Williams stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Winothai swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Williams slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Winothai is breathing heavily.

Williams is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Winothai knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Williams is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Winothai is trying to escape and Williams transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Winothai is forced to tap! Nice work there by Williams! Very nice indeed!
