Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matthew Emanuel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dakota Finley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Finley comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bad Company kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Dakota Finley is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emanuel lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
A slapping leg kick lands for Emanuel.

Finley moves in looking to clinch but Emanuel pushes him off.

Finley tries to break free but Emanuel pushes him back against the cage.

Finley is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Emanuel pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Finley ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Finley no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Emanuel has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Finley wants to stand and escape but Emanuel is having none of it.
Emanuel stands up over Finley, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
