The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bold tries for a takedown but Aguinaldo sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Nice takedown defense from Aguinaldo. No joy for Bold on that attempt.
A left and a right from Aguinaldo both land. Nice combination.
Aguinaldo misses with the combination.

Bold gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Aguinaldo makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Aguinaldo postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Aguinaldo postures up and lands a big shot to Bold's brow.
Bold looks gassed!

Aguinaldo is working Bold over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Aguinaldo postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Aguinaldo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Aguinaldo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Aguinaldo keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Bold's head.

Bold is rocked!
Aguinaldo loads up on a big left hand. Bold felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Aguinaldo looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Bold can't hide his disappointment, as Aguinaldo celebrates the victory.
