The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peterson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Peterson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Thunder, pushing him back against the cage.
Peterson lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Peterson digs a right hand into Thunder's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Thunder's gas tank.
Thunder keeps control of Peterson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

and Peterson counters with a series of strikes that sends Thunder to the canvas! Peterson follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!
