The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Moo closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

It looks like Karbao Moo has been cut.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Moo.
Moo shoots in but Miley avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Miley avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Miley throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Moo has his takedown stuffed

and Miley counters with a shoot takedown. Moo fights it but they end up in guard.
Moo is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Miley is looking to work some ground and pound but Moo has wrist control.
Miley looking to sit in guard and control but Moo gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Miley is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Moo is aware though and is defending well.

Moo drops back, looking for a kneebar! Miley looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Miley looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Miley!
