Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gepetto Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shawn Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Gracie showed some decent athleticism there.
Gracie is looking for a kimura but Stevens is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Gracie to get the leverage.

Horrible takedown by Gracie or perhaps it was just good defense by Stevens which made him look bad.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gracie accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Stevens bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Gracie's guard.

Gracie drops back looking for a leg! Stevens is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Stevens manages to kick Gracie off! Gracie jumps back into Stevens's guard.

Gepetto Gracie overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Gracie, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
