Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between John Dess (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sparky Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins has chosen Dynamite as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jenkins tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dess sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jenkins somewhat.

Jenkins closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Jenkins tries to score a body lock takedown but Dess shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Dess feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jenkins sprawling to the canvas! Jenkins rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Dess finish him?!

Jenkins chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Dess can pounce on him.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Dess, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
