The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Van Kelkinof.
The fight stays on the outside here - Fuschini looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Fuschini knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Van Kelkinof on the ground.

Fuschini stands and steps away. Van Kelkinof gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Van Kelkinof changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fuschini looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Van Kelkinof tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Van Kelkinof has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Fuschini's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
