Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Steven Anton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryan Heller!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heller closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Anton is refusing to be controlled, as Heller sits in half guard.
Anton is trying to get back to full guard.
Heller is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Anton doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Heller.
Heller is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Heller connects with a nice short shot to Anton's temple.
Heller wants to take a breather but Anton is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Heller takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Heller manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Anton manages to get himself to full guard.

Ryan Heller showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Heller got a little sloppy there for a moment and Anton has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Heller has managed to get both his arms back between Anton's legs - danger averted.

Ryan Heller comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Heller has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
