Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between donkey kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dexter Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

kong shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
kong throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
kong wants to pass the guard but Morgan is keeping the position.
Morgan tries to land a sweep but no joy.

kong could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Morgan is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. kong is aware though and is defending well.
Morgan is trying to control the position but kong postures up.

Morgan is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Morgan escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. kong gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Morgan had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. kong defends it easily.
kong stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Morgan swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

kong might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Morgan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and kong defends well.
kong throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Morgan works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
