Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fox Lao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tank Montana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lao comes to the cage accompanied by Terminator T-800 Song. Montana has chosen e Lane as his entrance music. Fox Lao has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Montana throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lao was covering up waiting for the punch and Montana finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Lao looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Montana thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Montana accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Montana looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Montana looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Lao with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Montana is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lao doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Montana.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Montana is working for a guillotine from mount but Lao frees his head quite easily.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Montana cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Montana looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Tank Montana showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Montana closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Montana lands in his opponent's guard.

Montana frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Montana takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Montana is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Lao to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Lao shrugs it off.

Well Montana has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
