The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Alexandre Firmino and Leandro Rodrigues.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soutland tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Soutland is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Cysneiros throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Soutland.
The fight stays on the outside here - Soutland looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Cysneiros throws a jab but it's blocked by Soutland.
Soutland tries to clinch but Cysneiros is having none of it.
Cysneiros avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Soutland misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Soutland takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Cysneiros keeps the fight on the outside.

Cysneiros scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

It looks like Freddy Soutland has been cut.
Soutland misses with a double jab.
Soutland is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Soutland moves in looking to clinch but Cysneiros pushes him off.
Cysneiros throws a left and a right that both miss
and Soutland counters with a left and a right that stings Cysneiros.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Cysneiros misses with a takedown attempt - Soutland sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Cysneiros closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Soutland did well to prevent Cysneiros getting side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Soutland is trying to stand up here but Cysneiros is controlling him well.

Cysneiros is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Soutland sees it coming and defends easily.
Cysneiros wants to take a breather but Soutland is having none of it.

Cysneiros stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Soutland tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Cysneiros gets the takedown into side control.

Cysneiros has hold of Soutland's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Soutland seems comfortable defending it but Cysneiros has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Soutland is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Soutland is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Cysneiros couldn't care less - he's delighted!
