Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between White Tiger Tao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Morris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tao fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
No luck for Tao with that takedown attempt.
Tao closes the distance and clinches up with Morris, looking for a takedown. Tao pushes Morris against the cage but Morris circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for White Tiger Tao. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tao shoots for a double leg takedown but Morris sprawls well. He's pushed Tao's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Tao decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Morris's guard.

Tao is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Morris tries to strike from the bottom.
Tao passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Morris is pushing Tao's head away, looking to escape. Tao manages to hold on to the position though.
Morris tries to bench press Tao off him but Tao keeps the position.

Morris is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Morris prevents Tao from moving into mount.

Tao is working to tighten is grip on Morris's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Morris has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Tao is really squeezing tight and eventually Morris passes out! Tao breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
