The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hippo misses the jab.
Crockett dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Crockett throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Crockett looks to land a left hand but Hippo moved out of range nicely.
Hippo bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Crockett lunges at Hippo with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hippo's hand.
Hippo misses with a body shot.
Hippo walks into a left hand.
Crockett lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hippo wants to clinch up but Crockett keeps it at a distance.
Crockett misses the jab.
King Hippo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hippo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Crockett.
Hippo fails with an attempt to clinch.
A punch lands to the side of Hippo 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Crockett lands a nice shot that snaps Hippo's head back.

It looks like King Hippo has been cut.
Hippo throws a right hand that Crockett ducks under and follows up with a left that Crockett also avoids with ease.

Hippo takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Crockett lands a body shot.
Crockett scores with a nice strike.

Hippo moves forwards but Crockett connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Crockett sends Hippo crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Crockett is motioning to the referee to let Hippo up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Hippo is still on wobbly legs! Can Crockett finish him?

Crockett lands a big right hand that sends Hippo crashing to the mat! Crockett stays standing though and waves Hippo back to his feet!
Hippo blocks a jab.
Hippo seems to have recovered his senses.
Hippo moves out of range as Crockett strikes.
Crockett is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Crockett throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Crockett jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Crockett catches Hippo with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Crockett fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Crockett uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hippo has time to react.
Crockett is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Crockett throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hippo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Crockett sends Hippo crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Crockett is motioning to the referee to let Hippo up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Crockett drops Hippo with a straight right hand, right on the button! Crockett follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
