The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edwards takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Edwards is looking to clinch.
Hurter leaves Edwards with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
A jab from Hurter does it's job there.
Hurter connects with a crisp jab.
Some wild striking there from Hurter.
Edwards misses with a few strikes there.
Hurter fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Some bone on bone action there as Edwards checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Edwards breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Edwards pushes Hurter back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Hurter escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Hurter scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Hurter lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Hater Hurter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hurter turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Edwards throws a right and a left that Hurter avoids nicely.
Hurter keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Hurter throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Edwards is defended easily by Hurter.
Edwards looks gassed!
Hurter scores with a hook to the body. Edwards takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Edwards takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Hurter jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Hurter stuffs the takedown.
Hater Hurter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Glenn Edwards.
Hurter will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Edwards has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Edwards is trying desperately to land a takedown but Hurter is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Edwards.

Hurter lands with a hook. Edwards tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Edwards is still on wobbly legs! Can Hurter finish him?
Edwards looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Hurter is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Edwards has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Edwards there as he acknowledges the shot.
Hurter's corner calls for a 1-2. Hurter obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Hurter throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Edwards colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Hurter as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Edwards is left battered and dazed whilst Hurter and his camp cheer!
