Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lalli Koylio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dennis Turcotte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Koylio's entrance music is Moonsorrow - Köyliönjärven Jäällä (Pakanavedet II). A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koylio misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Nice sprawl there from Turcotte as Koylio shoots in.

Turcotte drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Turcotte jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Koylio wants to improve his position but Turcotte is controlling well.

Turcotte is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Koylio doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Turcotte.
Koylio is looking for a sweep. Turcotte is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
