Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rocc Dozer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adrian Rostecki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adrian Rostecki will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rocc Dozer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Adrian Rostecki!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dozer fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Rostecki dives in and grabs Dozer's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dozer pushes down on Rostecki's head and hops out.

and Rostecki counters with a single leg into guard. Dozer didn't expect that.
Rostecki is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Dozer is trying to control the position but Rostecki postures up.
Rostecki wanted to stand there but Dozer had control of the position.
Rostecki trying to control but Dozer is working from the bottom.
Rostecki might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Dozer kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Rostecki slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Dozer on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Dozer tries to get out of the position.

Dozer has a closed guard, preventing Rostecki from standing up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Rostecki throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dozer was covering up waiting for the punch and Rostecki finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Dozer wants to stand up but Rostecki is controlling him.

Rostecki stands up from Dozer's guard - Rostecki perhaps looking for a knockout.

Dozer closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dozer lands in his opponent's guard.
Dozer throws a big right hand that misses.
Dozer postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Rostecki wants to sweep here but Dozer controlling him for the moment.
Rostecki is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Dozer lands a couple of elbows.
Rostecki throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dozer postures up and lands a big shot to Rostecki's brow.
Dozer is breathing heavily.
Dozer throwing strikes from guard but Rostecki blocks nicely.
Rostecki manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dozer manages to get himself to full guard.
Rostecki wants to control from the top but Dozer keeps moving.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Dozer can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Rostecki controls the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Adrian Rostecki.
Rostecki fails with an attempt to clinch.

Rostecki drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Dozer struggling a bit here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Adrian Rostecki dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

and Rostecki counters with a nice uppercut.

Dozer closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Rostecki to the mat! Rostecki manages to get full guard.
Rostecki pulls Dozer in close to prevent any damage.

Rostecki scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Dozer shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Rostecki counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Rostecki is keen to just control but Dozer is a slippery customer.
Rostecki missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Rostecki trying to pass the guard but Dozer defending well.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rostecki connects with a nice short shot to Dozer's temple.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Dozer is looking to improve his position.
Rostecki is looking to take a break and control but Dozer is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Rostecki works his way into full mount!
Rostecki looking to control but Dozer is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Rostecki tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Let's hope that Rostecki has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rostecki trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Dozer knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rostecki on the ground.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Rostecki controlling from mount.
Rostecki wants to control the pace but Dozer is squirming around nicely.

Despite being in the dominant position, Adrian Rostecki just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Rostecki closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Rostecki gets control of Dozer's arms and successfully pulls guard. Rostecki will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Rostecki is trying to control the position but Dozer postures up.

Dozer is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Rostecki has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Dozer is looking to defend but Rostecki has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Dozer! Rostecki pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Dozer taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Adrian Rostecki!
