Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Alp Ozkan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luis Obigo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Luis Obigo was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ozkan swats away the attempt to clinch by Obigo.
Ozkan keeps the fight on the outside.
Obigo tries to clinch there but Ozkan circles away.
Ozkan looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Ozkan closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Ozkan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Obigo wants to get back to full guard.

Obigo is trying to maintain the position but Ozkan is very close to passing his half guard.
Ozkan wants to control but Obigo is keeping him busy.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

and Ozkan counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Ozkan stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Obigo closes the distance but Ozkan moves to the side
so Ozkan counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ozkan throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Obigo works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Ozkan is working Obigo over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Ozkan wants to control from the top but Obigo keeps moving.
Obigo is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Ozkan is controlling him.
Obigo wants to sweep here but Ozkan controlling him for the moment.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Ozkan is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Ozkan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

and Ozkan counters with a nice double leg into side control. Obigo won't be happy with that.

Obigo goes for a takedown in the clinch but Ozkan prevents it.
Obigo tries to pull guard but Ozkan holds him up against the cage and eventually Obigo drops back down to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Obigo is trying to control Ozkan's posture but Ozkan avoids it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Ozkan's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Ozkan changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Obigo tries to clinch up but Ozkan circles away and keeps his distance.

Obigo ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Obigo no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ozkan connects with a nice short shot to Obigo's temple.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
BOOM! Ozkan connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Ozkan lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Well Ozkan has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
