Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Brown with that takedown attempt.
Dwyer closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Dwyer has picked Brown up - he's going for a ride! Dwyer dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Brown wants to get back to full guard but Dwyer has mounted him!
Brown is bucking up trying to escape but Dwyer cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Dwyer working the ground and pound effectively.
Dwyer controlling the pace for now.
Brown regains half guard.
Dwyer performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Brown trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Dwyer manages to pass to mount!

Dwyer trying to control but Brown is having none of it.
Dwyer has control of Brown's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Brown regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Dwyer cracks Brown with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Dwyer has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Dwyer lands a nice shot to the head.
Brown really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dwyer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Brown is desperately trying to improve his position but Dwyer has a good base and remains in mount.

Brown is trying desperately to improve position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Brown is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Dwyer locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Brown is forced to tap!
