Gracie comes into the arena with disturbed - down with the sickness blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Lewis's choice of entrance music: killing in the name of. Bryan Lewis has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Chuck Gracie's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lewis rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gracie moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Gracie shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Lewis is trying to defend but Gracie finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Gracie is trying to work for a kimura but Lewis is defending well.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Lewis is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Gracie has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Lewis stops Gracie from passing to mount.
Lewis wants to get back to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Gracie has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Lewis is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Gracie yanks on the arm and Lewis is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Gracie.
