The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reaper fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Segunda.
Reaper is looking to clinch.
Reaper fails in his attempt to clinch.
Reaper misses with a head kick.
Nice body kick there by Reaper.
Grim Reaper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Reaper connects with a nice looking jab.
Reaper moves in looking to clinch but Segunda pushes him off.
Segunda looks for a takedown but Reaper sprawls well.
Segunda dives in and grabs Reaper's left leg, looking for a takedown. Reaper pushes down on Segunda's head and hops out.
Reaper tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Segunda paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Segunda fails to land with a series of punches.

Reaper lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Rocky Segunda has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Segunda drops his hands momentarily and Reaper takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Reaper moves in looking to clinch but Segunda pushes him off.
Segunda scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Segunda is breathing heavily.

Segunda wants to free his trapped foot but Reaper is holding on for dear life with his legs.

The two fighters roll across the mat, with Reaper trying to push Segunda off... Reaper taps! He's tapped! This one is all over! A throwback to the old Pancrase there with an infrequently seen submission hold! Nice work.
