The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Desecrator blocks a head kick by Jagr.
Desecrator shoots in for a takedown but Jagr shows good takedown defense.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Desecrator closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jagr circles away.

Desecrator pushes Jagr up against the cage in a clinch.
Desecrator jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jagr walks away with a smile on his face. Desecrator gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Desecrator shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jagr but Jagr pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Nick Jagr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Desecrator.
Jagr displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Desecrator.
Jagr tries to close the distance and clinch up but Desecrator swats him away and circles back towards the center.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Desecrator throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jagr's waist but Jagr gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Desecrator off to one side.
Horrible takedown by Desecrator or perhaps it was just good defense by Jagr which made him look bad.

Joe Desecrator showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Desecrator ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jagr moves away.

Jagr clinches up with Desecrator and pushes him back against the cage.

Desecrator jumps guard but Jagr stands there with Desecrator around his waist. Desecrator gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Jagr tries to land a knee to the head but Desecrator blocks with his arms.
Desecrator tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Jagr smiles and moves away.

Desecrator is trying to control the action in half guard but Jagr is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Desecrator is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Jagr defends it well.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Desecrator takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
