Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGee shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Oquendo goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
McGee misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Oquendo throws a shot from downtown. McGee moves away and avoids it.
Oquendo throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Oquendo connects with a high kick.
It looks like Bruce McGee has been cut.
Oquendo misses with a body kick.
McGee throws a leg kick that misses.
Oquendo misses with a body kick.
McGee throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Oquendo throws a lazy head kick
and McGee makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Oquendo avoids the head kick by McGee.
McGee avoids the head kick by Oquendo.
Oquendo lands with a thumping leg kick.
McGee tried to score with a low kick but Oquendo checks it.
A chopping leg kick lands by Oquendo.
McGee looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Oquendo checks a leg kick.
McGee checks a leg kick.
McGee thows a leg kick but Oquendo checks it
and Oquendo counters with a thumping low kick.
A nice inside leg kick there by Oquendo. That's going to slow McGee down.
BOOM! Oquendo lands a beautiful left hook that drops McGee. McGee tries to recover but Oquendo is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and McGee lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jose Oquendo!
