Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Victor Primo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Sherk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sherk has chosen Ghost K- Stop as his entrance music. Sean Sherk will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Primo takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Primo throws a series of strikes that have Sherk backpedaling.

It looks like Sean Sherk has been cut.
Sherk showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Primo.
Primo takes one on the button.
Sherk connects with a crisp jab.
Primo bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Sherk's head backwards.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Primo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sherk throws a series of punches but Primo moves out of range.
Sherk throws a lazy right hand but Primo sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Sherk tries to clinch up.
Sherk misses with a combination
and Primo counters with a series of strikes. Sherk will be more careful next time no doubt.
Primo misses with a looping right.
Sherk looks to land a right hand but Primo moved out of range.
Sherk throws a series of punches but Primo avoids them all with ease.
Sherk displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Sherk misses with a double jab.
A looping hook to the body misses from Primo. Sherk does a little dance to reset his feet.

Sherk lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Primo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Primo throws a body punch but Sherk moves out of range.

No joy there for Primo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sherk misses the jab.
Sherk cracks Primo with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Sherk has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Primo takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Sean Sherk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sherk uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Primo.
Sherk misses with a jab, cross combination.
A looping hook to the body misses from Primo. Sherk does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Sherk makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Sherk lands with an uppercut that bounces Primo off the cage and back into rage.

It looks like Victor Primo has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sherk throws a hook to the side of Primo's head but Primo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Primo seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Sherk shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Primo is backing up but Sherk catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Primo covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Sherk Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
