The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shichinin closes the distance and clinches.
Brown looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Brown misses with the head strike.
Brown misses with a hook from the clinch.
Shichinin with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Shichinin misses with an elbow over the top.
Shichinin misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Brown.
Brown breaks from the clinch.

Brown drops Shichinin with a beautiful combination! Shichinin stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Brown is looking for the KO!
Shichinin is rocked!
It looks like Kyuzo Shichinin has been cut.
Shichinin drops his hands momentarily. Brown doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Shichinin staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Shichinin doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bushido Brown!
