The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rua takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Goku The Sayain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rua lands a big head kick that sends The Sayain tumbling to the mat! Rua takes a step backwards and waves The Sayain back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Goku The Sayain has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rua falls off balance throwing a combination
and The Sayain connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

The Sayain throws the left hand but Rua avoids the punch easily.

Rua throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rua moves away from the strike by The Sayain.

and Rua counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. The Sayain is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Rua goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

The Sayain swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
The Sayain lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

and Rua counters with a head kick that drops The Sayain to the mat! The Sayain scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Oh The Sayain is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

The Sayain seems to have got his legs back now.
The Sayain swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
No joy there for The Sayain, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rua ducks under a wild hook from The Sayain.

The Sayain misses the jab.
Rua tries to clinch up but The Sayain circles away and keeps his distance.
Rua throws a nice head kick!

The Sayain is rocked!
A big left from The Sayain misses.
The Sayain lands with a nice body punch.
The Sayain throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Rua counters with a head kick. That will keep The Sayain thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Oh The Sayain is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Goku The Sayain's cut is getting worse.
The Sayain fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
The Sayain seems to have got his legs back now.

Rua rushes The Sayain and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Rua with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
The Sayain tries to circle away but Rua has him pinned against the cage.

The Sayain wants to get back to striking at distance but Rua won't allow it.
The Sayain is trying to break free.
The Sayain wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Rua has him pressed against the cage.

Rua breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A head kick misses from Rua.
Rua tries to close the distance and clinch but The Sayain swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
The Sayain throws a series of punches but Rua moves out of range.
Rua throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The Sayain throws a hook but Rua blocks it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

and Rua counters with a nice low kick that buckles The Sayain's knee momentarily.
Rua lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
The Sayain throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rua stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Rua counters with a head kick from the bowels of hell that crumples The Sayain! This one is all over!
