The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jones is defended easily by Bananas.
Bananas defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jones.
Jones fails in his attempt to clinch.
Jones moves in looking to clinch but Bananas pushes him off.

Jones drives through and clinches with Bananas against the cage.

Jones breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jones tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bananas swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bananas defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jones.
Bozo Bananas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jim Jones.
Jones lets loose with a powerful body kick. Bananas will feel that in the morning.
